At the time of his appointment, the university had just 314 students, but within two years, that number has increased to 1250, with over 1000 new students being enrolled during that time. His dedication and efforts have resulted in the successful training and placement of over 5000 students into IT positions, with an average annual income of $100,000 US each, which amounts to a total of five hundred million US dollars.
Moreover, PIIT has built its capacity to train around 1000 students per semester, with classes held simultaneously in classrooms in New York, VA, and live online in all parts of the United States, Canada, and Europe. The institution has updated its course curriculum to include the most demanding and industry-standard technical skills, coupled with effective dissemination techniques and a Real-Time Project-Based Training approach.
PIIT believes that its efforts have resulted in the creation of a productive group of professionals, which is much needed in the current economy, especially in the US. As a result, the institution is taking further steps to increase its training facilities and open doors for potential IT professionals in Bangladesh as well.

He has dedicated his time to organizations such as FOBANA and BCCDI to benefit all aspects of the Bangladeshi communities in the US and Canada, making him a social activist and public figure.
